Our Returns Policy
If the book is returned in its original condition, you will receive a full refund
(less $5 shipping and handling) if sent within 30 days of the original date of shipment.
Wildergarten Press is unable to accept returns of e-books.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition,
or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.
Refunds
We will notify you via mail or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed
the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can
refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box or wrapped in a
similar manner to that in which you received it. (Note: the shrink-wrap/bubble wrap method
we use is a structural element of the packaging. Please use a similar or better method or
you may not succeed in returning the book in original condition.)
We suggest a box for return shipments.
Don't Have a Packing Slip?
If you ordered the item yourself, you can still return it. If the book was a gift, and you don't
have the packing slip or the order number, enclose a separate sheet of paper noting the name
and e-mail address of the person who purchased it, along with the reason for your return,
and send the package to the address below:
